Using the site

These terms apply when you use The Bag at golfsetbuilder.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The service is a comparison and planning tool; it is not a retailer, payment processor, club fitter, or party to purchases made with third-party retailers.

Prices, availability, and totals

Displayed prices and availability come from participating retailers and affiliate feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, configured differently, or unavailable. A displayed “best” offer means the lowest item price currently displayed among the eligible participating offers tracked for that product. It does not mean the lowest price available from every seller.

Shipping, tax, duties, membership pricing, coupons, trade-ins, custom shafts, grips, fitting charges, and other retailer-side options may not be included. Verify the exact product configuration, condition, availability, final price, and purchase terms on the retailer's site before ordering.

Amazon prices are shown only with the related item and are not aggregated into bag totals. If a selected bag contains a current Amazon offer, the combined total is shown as unavailable rather than presenting a partial amount as complete.

Reference prices and savings are shown only when supplied by a participating data source. They may represent a list, manufacturer-suggested, saving-basis, or prior price identified by that source and are not a promise that every seller previously charged that amount.

Synthetic sets and configurations

Some displayed iron sets, including certain PXG configurations, are custom comparison bundles assembled from individually sold clubs. They are not necessarily packaged or sold by the retailer as one set. Their displayed amount is an estimated subtotal of the listed component clubs. You must add each available component and confirm its hand, shaft, flex, price, and stock on the retailer's site.

Affiliate relationships and ranking

The Bag may receive a commission after a qualifying purchase made through a retailer link, without increasing the retailer's price because of that link. Eligible offers are primarily ordered by displayed item price. If multiple offers have the same lowest displayed price, commercial considerations, including commission arrangements, may determine their order.

Affiliate relationships affect which supported retailers and feeds are available to compare. They do not guarantee retailer inventory, product quality, fulfillment, warranty service, or the accuracy of third-party information.

Third-party retailers

When you follow a retailer link, you leave The Bag and become subject to the retailer's prices, terms, privacy notice, returns, shipping, warranties, and dispute procedures. Purchases and related disputes are between you and the retailer.

Product reports

You may submit a factual listing report to help correct catalog information. Do not include personal information, confidential information, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to submit. You grant The Bag permission to use the report to investigate and correct the listing.

Intellectual property

The site's original design, explanatory text, and code are owned by or licensed to The Bag. Product names, trademarks, images, descriptions, prices, and other retailer or manufacturer content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only under the applicable permission, feed, API, or other license. No ownership of third-party marks is claimed.

Prohibited use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit automated or deceptive reports, introduce malicious code, or access nonpublic systems or information. You may not systematically extract the catalog for resale or another commercial service except as permitted by law or written permission.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted or that third-party product, price, stock, fit, or specification data will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Bag and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on third-party information, retailer transactions, or service interruptions. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing here removes nonwaivable rights you may have where you live. Material revisions will receive a new fixed effective date; merely viewing a silently changed date is not treated as separate agreement to unknown terms.
